![]() Now I have SDs in one LP, Gibby 57's in the other, but even adding those expenses, they're much better than what you can get for the same price from Gibson. I returned that thing because it wasn't nearly worth it. Even my Epi G-400 SG had a better neck in terms of fit and finish. It was terrible compared to my 2 Epiphone LPs and my Sheraton. ![]() I have 4 Epiphones and the first Gibson I bought in years was an $1100 Les Paul Tribute a couple years back. Compare that to the roughly finished, stripped-down, crude examples that are sub-$1k Gibsons and there's no contest in my mind. ![]() My Sheraton II Pro is one of the most beautiful instruments under $3k I've seen in a good while, and it plays and sounds great.
